Known as the most advanced computer across the planet, the human brain should also be frequently recharged the batteries, aka in-charge. However, the brain can sometimes hang because of too much information to absorb.

As great as any of the brain, there is still time for in-tune-in, so that its function is always okay. How to "charge the battery" into the brain? Brain surgeon is not required to do so.

Eating almonds
Almonds are believed to enhance memory. If you eat almond oil mixed with milk before bed or when you wake up in the morning, the power of memory can be improved. How to make almond milk is to grind the almonds without the skin, then add it with water and sugar to taste.

Control your emotions
