Acne Due to Consumption of Milk & Cheese
Recent research shows that some specific food products can lead to pimples or acne. A large study on the subject ever conducted and published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.
So far, the dermatologist said that the acne that occurs in a person is influenced by genetic factors and hormonal imbalance, and usually occurs in those undergoing puberty, pregnancy, and menopause.
The researchers then tested by analyzing the eating habits of 50,000 people carried out, especially to learn about the eating habits of teenagers at school age.
Those who drank three glasses of milk or more in a day, were 22% more likely to have acne than those who drank only one glass of milk or none at all.
Based on it, allegedly skimmed milk as the main cause of acne. Cream cheese and cottage cheese are also suspected as the cause of the largest, while chocolate and greasy foods were not very effect on the occurrence of acne.
