How to Decrease Potbelly

Having a bloated stomach is not very pleasant, a bloated stomach condition is not pleasant in the eye and make us look uncomfortable. Most of the factors that cause belly fat is diet and lifestyle factors.

Here are ways that can be done to shrink the belly fat:
  1. Do not be lazy or unwilling to consume foods that contain fiber.
  2. Drinking fresh water (8 glasses a day)
  3. Do not be lazy to exercise regularly
  4. Examine how to eat, how to eat well is slowly and regularly.
  5. Beware of the treatment we are doing and try not to constipation, or bowel movements regularly.
