Broccoli as one of the green-forage diet, may also provide health benefits for our bodies, especially for women. Broccoli can improve breast health by eating a serving of steamed broccoli or other such as cabbage, kale, and Brussels sprouts. What's more is consumed each day.

This seems to maintain healthy breast tissue and helps rid the body of an estrogen, which made possible the development of breast cancer. Broccoli also contains high calcium and folate, which is very important for the health of the arteries (blood vessels).
