Women generally want to always look pretty and charming. Nowadays, there are many ways that can be done to achieve that goal, either traditional or modern. However, there is a fairly simple way to look beautiful from the inside is as follows:


  • Beauty is actually more than what appears from the outside.
Anything as beautiful as your appearance will be much better if beauty comes from the vitality and health in ourselves. Strengthen the skin, hair, and nails you with the consumption of nutritious foods such as proteins, vitamins, and minerals (eg vitamin E, folic acid, calcium, iron, and zinc).

Exercise can help burn excess calories to be able to lose weight. In addition, weight lifting exercise is good for muscle formation. Start exercise with adequate heating and with the consumption of healthy foods, like fresh fruit about an hour before exercising.
  • Consume healthy fat to get glowing skin and a strong immune
Special healthy type of fat that can actually be found in everyday foods such as fish, nuts, avocados, and olive oil. Healthy fat is very important for healthy skin and nerves, as well as to boost immunity, prevent inflammation, and keep your body to keep oily.
  • Reduces the signs of aging by increasing the body's antioxidant.

Antioxidants including vitamin A, C, and E with certain compounds called phytochemicals contained in fruits and vegetables shown to help prevent damage to body cells.

When you started exercising, your body will begin to lose fluid through sweat and ultimately will affect your appearance. Drink lots of water to help dissolve and carry the water-soluble nutrients, regulating body temperature, and also remove materials that are not needed by the body. Adequate fluid intake will also keep skin healthy and fresh.
