Caring for Beautiful Eyes
Eye is one of the important organs of our body. Without our eyes will be difficult in our activity, unfortunately we often ignore the needs of the eye. In addition to the objective eye health, eye care is also needed for its natural beauty is maintained.
There are a few tips to consider in treating the eye :
Immediately after getting out of bed in the morning, drink water and then close your eyes and flush eyes for 10-15 minutes

Dripping the honey in each eye once a week is very useful for cleaning eye
When you are in the room with AC, try to drink lots of water to avoid dehydration which can reduce moisture eyes
Eating foods containing vitamin A, C and E. Such as green vegetables, tomatoes, chicken and milk. make juice from fresh cabbage and carrots are also useful treating the eye.
