Dietary for Nursing Mothers
The Following vitamins and minerals are most frequently in short supply in the diets of breastfeeding mothers. Fortunately, They are available in a variety of great-tasting foods:
Calcium
Milk, cheese, yogurt and other dairy products; food that processed with calcium sulfate, broccoli, kale, collard, mustard, and turnip greens, and bread made from milk.
Zinc
Meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, beans, nuts, yogurt, some whole grains.
Magnesium
Many are found in small amounts in food, including in the nuts, seeds, nuts, grains, green vegetables, shellfish, and oysters
Vitamin B
