Tips for Keeping Children Stay Healthy
The tendency of children have unhealthy lifestyle is increasing. Obesity, lack of exercise, unhealthy diet, smoking makes children at risk for heart disease and stroke, which can occur in young age.
Food
Parents should try to eat good food, because eating behavior your child will refer to his parents. Eat a healthy diet with a balanced diet and eating, adjusted for energy intake is required. Expand the fruit and vegetable consumption, reduce fat consumption. And that should not be forgotten, that govern the use of salt in foods and excessive sugars such as soft drinks, or snacks that are too sweet.
Smoke
Give understanding to them about the dangers of smoking on health. Of course, do not expect kids not to smoke if their parents smoked as well. The younger the child smoked, the greater the risk of disease that will arise.
Sport
Encourage your child to exercise, at least 60 minutes a day and support him to join the existing sport groups. Children are less risky activity doubled to become overweight and increases the risk for heart disease and other diseases.
Weight Loss
Now not a day longer, parents provide much food for children getting fat. Because obese children will be at risk to suffer from a number of diseases.
Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding up to 6 months, will make your child not susceptible to disease during adult life.
