SPA At Home

Spa is taken from the Latin solus per acqua which means healing water. Water birth is believed to balance and harmonize the body.
Spa can be done alone at home, among others:
  1. Scrubbing. This means sloughing off dead skin. Can use a lotion that contains finely granular. This treatment can remove toxins and blood circulation. The result is skin to breathe easily.
  2. Masks. There is a hair mask and body with various types. Match your hair and skin needs for maximum results.
  3. Massage. Do the massage on the body that are fatigued by using aromatherapy oils. As a result the body becomes relaxed and blood flow to be smooth.
  4. Aromatherapy. Can stimulate the brain to relax. There are various types of aromatherapy, use the appropriate functions.
  5. Meditation. Suggested done al fresco or during bathing, for body and mind become relaxed.
